Abstract: The units naming the persons, make one of the most numerous nominative groups of the Soviet reality language. With their help in language of the Soviet ideology and propagation were made differentiation (distribution on categories) and estimation of various groups, layers and representatives of controlled society, that it is possible to consider as one of leading tools of authority realization. The article is devoted to the working out of criteria and bases of paradigmatic description of the negative estimation categories at a designation of persons in the Soviet reality language. The outputs to representation of man in the Soviet language world picture are outlined. It is made the conclusion of necessity to elaborate the generative-perceptive base of the sovietizied language for description of internal, conceptual features causing semantics and word-using of this specific usual form of national language
