Аннотация: Статья посвящается картине будущего России, представленной в романе В.Г. Сорокина «День опричника». В ходе анализа автор пытается выявить проблему тоталитаризма, которая волнует писателя и активно рассматривается на страницах романа. Особое внимание уделяется теме опричнины, восстановленной в 2027году, а также писательской манере, стилю Сорокина как представителю русского постмодернизма. Отчасти комментируется взаимосвязь религии и политики, приводятся соотношения с сегодняшней действительностью

Abstract: The paper presents a picture of a Russian future, introduced in Vladymir Sorokin’s novel "Day of the Oprichik”. In the course of analysis the author attempts to reveal a problem of totalitarianism, which is thought to be one of the most important features of antiutopia and which disturbs writer, what is noticeable in the novel. There is emphasized a theme of oprichnina, recovered in 2027, and writer’s manner of Sorokin as a representative of Russian postmodernism. The paper outlines as well a correlation between religion and politics and pays attention to a interconnection between the novel’s world and a current reality
