The journal Political Linguistics is a periodical international peer reviewed academic publication in the field of linguistic and interdisciplinary research. The journal is international both from the point of view of the Editorial Board composition and the authors and topics of its publications.
Political Linguistics is a highly specialized scholarly journal addressed to a wide scope of readers and authors belonging to different cultures and representing scientific schools and trends in Russia and abroad.
The journal is addressed to philologists, politologists, sociologists, journalists and politicians. The editorial board invites all specialists in political linguistics and related fields to contribute.
We are against political censorship and respect the political views of the authors of our publications, but we are strongly in favor of the observation of principles of tolerance and political correctness including articles written in the framework of critical discourse analysis.

In 2014, the journal was twice awarded prizes at specialized competitions:
Diploma in the nomination “Best Periodical” at the International competition of higher education institution publications “University Book of 2014: Socio-Humanitarian Sciences”
Second place in the nomination “Political Communication” in the Competition “Best Book in Communication Sciences and Education” of 2013-2014.
