Аннотация: В статье рассматривается использование прецедентных феноменов, восходящих к мультфильмам, в современном политическом дискурсе. Прецедентные имена и прецедентные высказывания из мультфильмов являются важной составляющей интертекстуального тезауруса языковой личности, частью национального культурного кода. Доступные всем носителям языка, хранящиеся в памяти с детства, они отличаются ярко выраженной аксиологичностью. На материале Национального корпуса русского языка показаны особенности использования прецедентных имен, выступающих в качестве метафор персонификации, позволяющих емко и выразительно создать портрет политика. При этом оценки, формируемые с помощью прецедентных имен из мультфильмов, ироничны и достаточно толерантны. Часто имена персонажей мультфильмов функционируют вместе с их популярными высказываниями, которые обычно оказываются тематически связанными с определенными сферами политики или типизированными ситуациями. Ряд прецедентных высказываний отрывается от породившего их источника, пополняет корпус русской «крылатики» или фразеологизируется («Баба-яга против»; «Казнить нельзя помиловать»; «Ребята, давайте жить дружно»). Наблюдается вариантность формы таких устойчивых выражений. Значения прецедентных высказываний могут варьироваться в зависимости от коммуникативной стратегии автора

Abstract: The article considers the use of precedent phenomena that originate from cartoons in contemporary political discourse. Precedent names and precedent utterances from cartoons make up an important constituent of the intertextual thesaurus of a linguistic personality and a significant part of the national cultural code. Well-known to all native speakers and stored in the memory since childhood, they are notable for their salient axiological nature. On the material of the Russian National Corpus, the authors show the peculiar features of the use of precedent names, acting as personification metaphors, which allow creating a concise and expressive portrait of a politician. At the same time, the assessments formed with the help of precedent names from cartoons are ironic and quite tolerable. Rather often, the names of cartoon characters function along with their popular quotes, which usually turn out to be thematically related to certain areas of politics or typical situations. A number of precedent statements lose connection with their source and become part of the Russian corpus of the so-called “popular expressions or sayings” or act as phraseological units (Baba Yaga is against; Execution cannot be pardoned; Guys, let’s live in peace). The form of such set expressions is variable. The meanings of precedent utterances may vary depending on the author’s communicative strategy
