Аннотация: Социальная реальность описывается в советском политическом дискурсе посредством концептуальных метафор. В статье рассматривается послевоенный период в Советском Союзе сквозь призму семейной концептуальной метафорической модели. Показано манипулятивное воздействие метафор на человека. Изучение концептуальных метафор, отраженных в советской идеологии, показало, что человек в СССР испытывает нехватку чувства независимости и ответственности. Все описанные метафоры родства обладают сильным прагматическим потенциалом. Они выражают суть советского тоталитарного режима. Метафоры проникают в советский медийный политический дискурс, что демонстрирует их значимость

Abstract: The soviet political discourse describes the social reality of the country in the comprehension of soviet political figures by the use of conceptual metaphors. This article deals with the review of the postwar period of the Soviet Union through the conceptual metaphorical model of the family. The manipulative influence metaphors produce on people is shown. The study of conceptual metaphors reflecting the soviet ideologies showed that a person in USSR lacks the feeling of independence and responsibility. All the described family metaphors have a strong pragmatic potential. They express the main ideas of the Soviet totalitarian state. The metaphors penetrate into the soviet political media discourse, showing their significance
