Аннотация: Настоящая статья посвящена рассмотрению проблемы трансформации языка политики в условиях нового этапа развития современного информационного общества. Предметом изучения данной публикации служат формы проявления деспециализации языка политики, среди которых выделяются диалогизация общения, метафоричность коммуникации и прецедентность политического дискурса. Целью данной работы является определение механизмов и способов сокращения коммуникативной дистанции в сфере политики на материале американского президентского дискурса. Для ее достижения нами были использованы такие методы исследования, как контент-анализ и контекстуальный анализ. Было установлено, что президент США Джозеф Байден обращается к таким приемам, как создание форм диалогизации общения, использование метафорических образов и обращение к прецедентным единицам в своих высказываниях. Отдельную роль в президентском дискурсе США играют новые медиа, определяющие высокую скорость обмена информацией в сфере публичного общения и его массовый характер. Все вышесказанное помогает президенту подчеркнуть необходимость совместной работы и единства власти и народа. Полученные в результате проведенного нами исследования данные могут быть полезны для дальнейшего изучения механизмов и мотивов современного политического общения в других жанрах и лингвокультурах.

Abstract: The article studies the problem of transformation of the political language in the context of the new stage of development of the modern information society. The object of the study includes various communicative forms aimed at despecialization of political language, among which one can mention dialogization of communication, metaphorical character of communication and precedental character of political discourse. The aim of the article is to reveal the mechanisms and means of shortening the communicative distance in the sphere of politics on the material of American presidential discourse. In order to achieve this aim, the author employs such research methods as the content and the contextual analysis. It has been found that American President Joseph Biden uses such tactics as creation of dialogic forms of communication, metaphorization of communication, and use of precedent lexical units in his speeches. A specific part in the American presidential discourse is played by the so called new media since they determine faster information exchange and mass character of communication in the sphere of public interaction. All this helps the president emphasize the necessity of common work and unity of the power and the people. The data obtained in the course of the study may be useful for further research of the mechanisms and motives of contemporary political communication in other genres and linguocultures.
