Аннотация: Активное внедрение технологий во все сферы социально-политической жизни усиливает опасения экспертов и простых граждан касательно того, что глобальная цифровизация создает благоприятные условия для развития паноптического государства и ослабления основных аспектов демократии и демократического представительства. В подобной ситуации делиберативный подход в решении социально-политических вопросов является залогом снятия напряженности и формирования рационального общественного мнения за счет возможности артикуляции интересов различными социальными группами. Социальные медиа являются оптимальным средством реализации делиберативных практик и обеспечения максимального политического участия граждан. Дискурсивная активность пользователей социальных медиа приводит к формированию общественного мнения, которое определяет содержание цифровой социально-политической повестки, влияющей на установки и когнитивноповеденческие модели потенциальных избирателей. В статье представлена часть исследования, предметом которого стало делиберативное взаимодействие партий «Единая Россия», КПРФ, ЛДПР и «Справедливая Россия» и электората в дискурсивном пространстве сети Интернет во время электорального цикла 2021 года. На примере дискурсивного взаимодействия партии «Единая Россия» и электората на платформе «Twitter» был апробирован структурно-коммуникативный инструментарий, совмещающий методы Data Science и сетевой лингвистики и позволяющий выявлять акторов, влияющих на развитие дискурсов; определять набор образов, использующихся для (само-)позиционирования определенного актора; определять набор актуальных тем и характер реакций пользователей на определенное событие социально-политической жизни; находить точки пересечения между предвыборными обещаниями партий и ожиданиями электората. С помощью совокупных методов Data Science, методов корпусной лингвистики, лингводискурсивного анализа, авторского программного комплекса «Мониторинг и анализ социальных сетей, сообществ и пользователей в интернет-пространстве» нами был проанализирован релевантный массив сетевых данных. Были сделаны выводы о содержании концептосферного поля «Единая Россия — Сеть», основных тематиках и успешности делиберативного взаимодействия партии «Единая Россия» с электоратом, а также потенциальных дискурсивных угрозах конструктивному диалогу народа и власти

Abstract: Active introduction of technology into all spheres of socio-political life reinforces the fears of experts and ordinary citizens that global digitalization creates favorable conditions for the development of a panoptic state and the weakening of the main aspects of democracy and democratic representation. In such a situation, the deliberative approach to solving socio-political issues is the key to relieving tension and forming a rational public opinion due to the possibility of articulation of interests by various social groups. Social media represent optimal means of implementation of deliberative practices and ensure maximum political participation of citizens. The discursive activity of the social media users leads to the formation of public opinion, which determines the content of the digital socio-political agenda that affects the attitudes and cognitive behavioral models of potential voters. The article presents part of the study, the object of which is the deliberative interaction between the parties “United Russia”, the Communist Party, the Liberal Democratic Party and “Fair Russia” and the electorate in the discursive space of the Internet during the electoral cycle of 2021. Exploring the discursive interaction between the Party “United Russia” and the electorate on the Twitter platform, the authors tested a structural and communicative toolkit that combines the methods of Data Science and network linguistics and allows the researchers to identify the actors influencing the development of discourses; to determine a set of images used for (self-) positioning of a certain actor; to determine a set of urgent topics and the nature of users' response to a certain event of socio-political life; to find points of intersection between the election pledges of the parties and the expectations of the electorate. The authors of the article analyzed a relevant array of network data with the help of the combined methods of Data Science, methods of corpus linguistics, linguodiscursive analysis, and the authored software package “Monitoring and analysis of social networks, communities and users in the Internet space”. Convincing conclusions were drawn about the content of the conceptual sphere “United Russia — Network”, the main topics and effectiveness of the deliberative interaction between United Russia and the electorate, as well as about potential discursive threats to the constructive dialogue between the people and the authorities
