Аннотация: На фоне рассмотрения общих проблем лингвополитической персонологии, которая понимается как научное направление, в центре которого находится изучение языковой личности (речевого портрета, риторического портрета, коммуникативного имиджа, языкового образа, идиостиля и др.) политика, выделены исследования речевых портретов политических лидеров постсоветской России и особенно В. В. Путина. Проанализированы с использованием методик семантического, контекстуального, дискурсивного, лингвокогнитивного и психолингвистического анализа ответы президента В. В. Путина на вопросы, которые были заданы ему детьми (или от имени детей) во время традиционного многочасового интервью «„Прямая линия“ с народом» (14 апреля 2016 г.), а также восприятие этих ответов студентами педагогического вуза. Студентов особенно привлекли развернутые ответы, многие из которых совмещали буквальный и метафорический смысл, служили основой для широких обобщений, были украшены риторическими фигурами и тропами: «Если кто-то решил утонуть, спасти его уже невозможно»; «Если мы будем ждать чудес от золотой рыбки, то мы можем оказаться, как в сказке Пушкина, у разбитого корыта в конце концов»; «Чем меньше зубов, тем больше любишь кашу». В целом исследование показало, что студенты высоко оценивают риторическое мастерство президента, особенно выделяя афористичность его стиля, активное использование лексики и фразеологии, относящейся к различным стилистическим регистрам, конкретность и обоснованность ответов, удачное использование образных средств, в том числе прецедентности

Abstract: Together with the general questions of linguistic personology, which is a scientific field in the centre of which is the study of linguistic personality (speech portrait, rhetorical portrait, communicative image, language image, idiostyle, etc.) of a politician, the research works devoted to the study of speech portraits of political leaders of the post-Soviet Russia, especially V.V.Putin are discussed. Using methods of semantic, contextual, discoursive, linguo-cognitive and psycholinguistic analyses we studied the answers of President V.V.Putin to the questions asked by children or on behalf of them, during traditional interview «“Direct Line” with people» on the 4th of April 2016. The perception of these questions and answers by the pedagogical university students was analyzed as well. The students were especially interested in the detailed answers, which combined literary and metaphorical meanings, were the basis for broad comparisons and were enriched with rhetorical figures and tropes: “If somebody decides to drown themselves, it is impossible to rescue them”; “If we continue waiting for the miracles from the golden fish, we may end up in front of the broken trough, as in Pushkin’s fairytale”; “The less teeth, the tastier porridge is”. The research showed that the students highly estimate the rhetorical skills of the President, especially the use of aphorisms, the frequent use of lexis and phraseology of different styles, his specific and well-grounded answers, specificity and the use of appropriate figurative means, including precedent phenomena
