Abstract: Treated is the problem of interrelation between three categories: intertextuality, culture and cultural code. Declared is the thesis of basic cultural taxons that form the cultural code and play the role of keys, helping to decode this code. Proved is that intertexts as a variety of language keys play the role of staples between different layers of culture. Illustrations are based on the material of correspondent A.
