Аннотация: Объясняются принципы и смысл составления тематического словаря диалектной лексики на примере говоров Среднего Урала. Обосновывается необходимость подобных словарей для реконструкции языковой картины мира, особенностей национального менталитета. Приводятся характерные
черты восприятия действительности диалектным
сообществом (вещность, образность, эмоциональность) по сравнению с носителями литературного
языка

Abstract: Principles and purposes of compiling a thematic dialectal dictionary are presented on the example of
the Dictionary of Dialectal Words of the Middle Urals.
The necessity of compiling such dictionaries is stated for
the reconstruction of the language picture of the world
and explanation of peculiarities of national mentality.
Characteristic features of reality perception by the representatives of the dialect community are described (thingness, imagery, emotions) as compared to those who speak
literary Russian
