Аннотация: Статья посвящена когнитивно-дискурсивному анализу уровней и компонентов образа будущего России, базируется на идее о том, что когнитивно-дискурсивное прогнозирование предоставляет возможность ученому изучить и описать детерминированность различных типов дискурса и реализующих их жанров когнитивной деятельностью человека. Вызовы будущего и развитие страны важно рассматривать через призму конструирования национально-государственной идентичности и с учетом внутри- и внешнеполитических факторов, так как это позволит, во-первых, использовать весь арсенал фактов мировой и российской истории для прогнозирования развития страны; во-вторых, опираться на опыт продуктивного взаимодействия граждан и власти при построении моделей будущего; в-третьих, утвердить безальтернативный приоритет человека и личного достоинства по сравнению с догмами, формальностями и лишь на словах декларируемым новым методологическим инструментарием. Российское будущее формируется и транслируется на двух уровнях: уровень стратегического планирования и нормативного закрепления; уровень общественных представлений. Компоненты российского будущего включают: будущее мироустройство; концепцию общенациональной идеи российского государства-цивилизации; будущее государства. Автор приходит к выводу, что будущее России — это не эфемерная сущность, а вполне реальное и достижимое завтра, опирающееся на прошлое и требующее активной работы от каждого гражданина.

Abstract: The article deals with the cognitive-discursive analysis of the levels and components of the image of the future of Russia, based on the idea that cognitive-discursive forecasting provides an opportunity for a scholar to study and describe the determinacy of various types of discourse and the genres realizing them by the human cognitive activity. It is important to consider the challenges of the future and the development of the country through the prism of constructing national and state identity and taking into account domestic and foreign policy factors, as this may allow the researcher, firstly, to use the entire arsenal of facts of world and Russian history to predict the development of the country; secondly, to rely on the experience of productive interaction between citizens and authorities in building models of the future; thirdly, to affirm the uncontested priority of man and personal dignity in comparison to dogmas, formalities and only verbally declared new methodological tools. The Russian future is formed and disseminated at two levels: the level of strategic planning and legislation; the level of public ideas and beliefs. The components of the Russian future include: the future world order; the conception of the national idea of the Russian state-civilization; the future of the state. The author comes to the conclusion that the future of Russia is not an ephemeral entity, but a very real and achievable tomorrow, based on the past and requiring active participation from every citizen.
