Аннотация: В работе рассматривается возможность изменения риторических кодов в политическом дискурсе. Понимание риторического кода обусловлено тем, как коммуниканты воспринимают адресованную им речь. Происходит закрепление смысла на основе эмоциональной оценки атрибутивных элементов и риторической задачи говорящих. Изучение риторического кода направлено на установку взаимодействия конкретной информационной данности и возможной реализации скрытых смыслов. Риторические коды являются частью культурного кода, поэтому включают в себя культурно-исторический бэкграунд. Цель исследования — понимание механизмов, определяющих структуру риторического кода. Верная дешифрация кода связана с особенностями мировоззренческих установок политика, с его умонастроениями и потребностью идентифицироваться в обществе. Анализ политического дискурса определен идеологическими ценностями. Предложение отказаться от риторики нового в отношении присоединенных Донецкой и Луганской народных республик, Запорожской и Херсонской областей обусловлено потребностью сплотить народ и подчеркнуть единое прошлое государства, а также поддержать новые субъекты, переживающие тяжелые времена. Исторические данные подтверждают, что это были динамически развивающиеся территории. Работа выполнена в русле описательного метода лингвистики. Использованы общенаучные методики наблюдения, интерпретации, обобщения, также семантико-стилистический анализ. Результаты работы направлены на актуализацию мысли о том, что человек — активный интерпретатор и носитель определенных концептуальных систем. Риторический код в политическом дискурсе отражает коллективные эмоции, формирует обобщенное представление о значимых для нации событиях.

Abstract: The paper examines the possibility of changing rhetorical codes in political discourse. Comprehension of the rhetorical code is determined by how the communicants perceive the speech addressed to them. The meaning is fixed on the basis of the emotional evaluation of the attributive elements and the rhetorical task of the speakers. The study of the rhetorical code is aimed at establishing the interaction between a specific information entity and the possible realization of hidden meanings. Rhetorical codes are part of the cultural code, therefore they include the cultural-historical background. The aim of this study is to reveal the mechanisms that determine the structure of the rhetorical code. The correct decoding of the code is associated with the peculiarities of the politician's ideological attitudes, their mentality and the need to identify themselves in society. The analysis of political discourse is determined by ideological values. The proposal to abandon the rhetoric of the new in relation to Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions is due to the need to unite the people and emphasize the common past of the state, as well as to support the new entities going through difficult times. Historical data confirm that these were dynamically developing territories. The work is carried out in line with the descriptive method of linguistics. The study uses the general scientific methods of observation, interpretation, generalization, as well as semantico-stylistic analysis. The results of the study are aimed at actualizing the idea that a person is an active interpreter and bearer of certain conceptual systems. The rhetorical code in political discourse reflects collective emotions and forms a generalized idea of events significant for the nation.
