Аннотация: Важная составная часть китайского политического дискурса — озвучиваемые Си Цзиньпином идеи о государственном управлении. Председатель КНР в своих статьях и выступлениях часто использует известные изречения, в том числе различные пословицы, поговорки и другие фразеологизмы, передающие идеи гуманизма и отражающие традиционную систему ценностей китайского народа. Особо важную роль в распространении идей Си Цзиньпина за пределами КНР играет передача в переводе национально-культурной специфики китайского политического текста. Перевод трактуется в работе как вид межкультурной и межъязыковой коммуникации; по сути, это диалог систем ценностей, содержащихся в разных лингвокультурах. В статье эти проблемы рассмотрены на примере передачи на русский язык имплицитной культурной информации, представленной в китайском политическом тексте на уровне ценностной ориентации, а также культурно обусловленных суждений и способов мышления. Разбираются конкретные примеры культурно-специфичных единиц: концепты («Дао»), значение которых модифицируется в зависимости от контекста и требует учитывать для верного понимания многовековую историю философии и культуры; прецедентные феномены, в особенности цитаты из основополагающих для национальной культуры текстов; несоответствие между двумя языками в функции служебных и знаменательных слов; более редкая экспликация логических отношений в древнекитайском языке. Исследуется культурная обусловленность рецепции переводного текста, выделяются связанные с этим переводческие стратегии нейтрализации различий при передаче содержания культурного характера (поиск переводческих соответствий: эквиваленты в другом языке, контекстуальные соответствия, переводческие трансформации)

Abstract: The ideas about governance pronounced by Xi Jinping make up an important constituent of Chinese political discourse. In his articles and speeches, the President of China often uses familiar phrases including various proverbs, sayings and other phraseologisms expressing humanistic ideas and reflecting the traditional system of values of the Chinese people. An especially significant role in disseminating the ideas of Xi Jinping outside the PRC is played by the translation of the national-cultural specificity of the Chinese political text. Translation is treated in this study as a kind of intercultural and interlinguistic communication; it is, actually, a dialogue of the systems of the values belonging to different linguocultures. In the article, these problems are considered on the example of translation into the Russian language of the implicit cultural information presented in the Chinese political text on the level of value-based orientation, as well as culturally specific judgments and reasoning. The author analyzes concrete examples of culturally specific units: the concepts (“Dao”) the meanings of which are modified depending on the context and need to be taken into account for correct understanding of the centuries-old history of philosophy and culture; precedent phenomena, especially quotations from the basic texts of the national culture; differences between the two languages in the function of formal and notional words; less frequent explication of logical relations in the old Chinese language. The article investigates the cultural dependence of reception of the text of translation and singles out the translation strategies of neutralization of differences in translating the content of culturally specific content (search for suitable translation means: equivalents in the other language, contextual equivalents, translation transformations)
